Was wondering, after watching a disc last night that has only 1 report of rot should lower rot reports be hidden until it gets over something like 3 or 5 reports?? Its kind of crazy that something like this Killer, The: Special Edition #211 (1989) (Uncut) [CC1363L]Has over 200 in collections and only 1 rot, that's less than 1% I always felt that we need some type of rating for people who actually watch their LDs to show there is no rot. I would gladly click on something to show I just watched a film and its X years old with still no rot.

It would be interesting to have a more advanced rot rating section. It may be helpful in identifying certain aspects about rotters you might want to add to your collection. Like if you could add a short comment about how bad the rot is, if it only effects side 2 for 5 mins etc, could be very informative. My copy of Jumanji has rot on the beginning of side 2 and I lose picture and digital sound for about a chapter. Apart from that the disc is fine. This info could be of use/interest to someone but the only way I can currently report this is to grade it a 1. Thats it. Unfortunately there are many films I want in my collection that are known rotters. I even own a few...

I have to say its a horrible film and can't really understand why anybody would want this in their collection, I think 6th day is actually better, not by much.

There probably aren’t very many movies with A in it that I want to see. I was never that big of a fan of his fascist anti-human message in the first place but now that I know how it turned out...that he grew up and became governor of California and started signing actual death warrants...it’s too depressing. The violence fantasy becoming violence reality.
Bad guy appears. A-Bot says something that sounds like a toddler wrote it, but in a monotone marble mouthed way, uses some sort of weapon. Sound FX, guy dies, A-Bot drops another murderous toddler-ism. The shorter ones around A Bot that are still living swoon at his emotionless massiveness. We endure another 11 seconds of nothing at all so the cycle can repeat.
I’d rather throw a Bill Cosby - Michael Jackson film fest than watch those movies again. Maybe Conan...because in that one he plays the part he was made to play; a brain dead murder. And when his girlfriend dies his suffering is, honestly, totally convincing. That movie is almost perfect for what it is and he is perfect in it.
