Just found out today that any submission of new titles in expert/full mode involving any string of characters (such as number of chapters or video ratio) would fail for CED, VHD, DVHS and HDDVD!
It would throw a cryptic Column count doesn't match value count at row 1.
New LDs were not affected by this bug.
I don't know for how long it's been there... that might explain why I was only getting "quick" inserts for a while now.
Truly sorry about this... please try again if you hit that unfriendly failure before!
