I've been trying to discuss the problem with them for 6 months now and they simply stopped responding. I set a process to duplicate all emails sent to my Free accounts and some are not even acknowledged as SPAM by Free, they are just dropped silently with no error/bounce message. This is unacceptable. Please DO NOT USE @free.fr EMAIL ADDRESS on your account as you might miss notifications, orders, etc. Julien |
