Option to input the "Cover Title" when submitting a new LD

Post subject:  Option to input the "Cover Title" when submitting a new LD
When updating an LD, one has the option to input:
International Title
Cover Title
Original Title

However, when one submits a new LD, the only option available is "Title" (a.k.a. the International Title).

Shouldn't this be modified so that one has the option to input the "Cover" and "Original" titles as well during initial submission, instead of having to wait to input them later as an "Update"?.

Actually this is already available through the "Expert Mode" but something got broken. I just tried to submit a bogus LD with Title1/Title2/Title3 and Title2&3 get lost in the process.

Will take a look at it tonight.

The alternate titles in the "Submit" form will now work as expected.
