That coincides exactly with when I started to experience problems logging into LDDB.com.
I was having no other issues with the internet or other sites in general.

Hello, Been having outages recently (past 48h) on the main server due to botnet servers launching dozens of SMTP passwords probes in a few seconds. That used to be okay but now the user email database back-end is MySQL (no more a text file) and when I max out my number of connections, the web server can't connect anymore and everything crawls to a stop. I added new rules to block obvious brute force attempts after one try and be more forgiving for people honestly trying to connect on their @lddb.com account. We'll see if the new rules do a better job. Regards, Julien |
