After reading another thread here, I sent a PM to the Admin with my IP address for him to check. But any other option for figuring this out would be appreciated.

Hey, to whom it may concern, I was wondering if there was any insight into some problems I've had accessing this site. I used to visit intermittently with no real issues that I can recall. But recently, in the past month or so, access has been very spotty and usually unavailable. I've tried 3 different computers, and multiple browsers and had the same problem. Just now, when I randomly found I could call this site up again, I had to go check on a different device to make sure it was working everywhere; it was. So the issue is consistent when it occurs. Basically trying to load the site times out most of the time when I try to access it. And I'm unable to load it for days and days at a time until I give up. Then occasionally, like just now, I'll try it randomly and it loads. I have no idea how long it will last, so I'm quickly trying to post this before it goes down again. If it helps, I live in North Texas and my ISP is Cableone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have the site admin's email, so if it helps I could send a message the next time it goes down, if there's a way to check if something is going on with my ISP when that happens? Any help would be really appreciated, I love this site! |

This was a new "enhancement" from Microsoft in IE11, didn't know they would probe for new specific files and flagged it as a malware scan: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/dn320426%28v=vs.85%29.aspx browserconfig.xml is now safely ignored if accessed and generating a 404 error answer.
