When I try the message: "Nice try - but you are not the Seller for this order." appears.
The disc has been mailed and I emailed the customer. Still, I feel the site should not react this way.

It's only my second order so the probability of user error is quite high.

Any advice?

You bet, it's: #135002412040X1160024

For the record, I've tried from 2 PC's, (I.E. & Chrome) and an Android device. Get the same response each time.

Ah... the beauty of typing "if" instead of "elseif" in an order parsing code...

Your order should look different now, with a Y instead of an X.

Thanks for pointing that out, it fixed a global problem on the order management side for any user with an ID > 10999.
