For some reason whenever I post, the "forum" gets dropped from the URL and I get taken to https://.lddb.com/* (which obviously doesn't work) instead of back to the thread.

Same issue.

This is the error I get with Vivaldi browser:

This site can’t be reached .lddb.com’s server IP address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

It's literally just a broken URL for some reason. If you add "forum" to the address bar manually, it'll work.

WOW just got an odd one this time, it took me to a page saying that my submission of a new LD was complete.

Yup, same thing with me. When I clicked on the topic notification link in the email.

EDIT: Also sent me there when I clicked on the "submit" button for this post. This is the url I was sent to: https://www.lddb.com/laserdisc/submit/56091/.lddb.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=8075&p=95769#p95769

I had the same problem as well.... the submit URL.

I have absolutely NO idea where this comes from but I managed to get it fixed by reseting manually the cookie values:

https://forum.lddb.com/cookie.php

These worked for me:

Cookie Settings
Cookie Domain:   .lddb.com
Cookie Name:   phpbb3_43tpo
Cookie Path:   /
Cookie Secure:   (checked)

Edit: I shouldn't have made the global server cookie reachable, anyone changing them would break URL redirect for ALL USERS. I fixed this now.

Was a SERVER global cookie that someone else edited with a bogus URL, making all redirect bogus.

I'm slowly learning :-)

Sorry for the slow response in October, I was traveling in 6 countries with little internet access.
