Can donations be made in a way where if someone donates whatever amount you actually receive said amount?
I assume a few stamps would do the trick.

IIRC, Paypal will let you choose if the sender sends $12.99 for $10 net or if the recipient only get $7.01. Sending a standard Paypal invoice would cost 3.7~3.9% + $0.30 which gives $0.67 to $0.69 or ~4.5x less costly. I guess "Family and Friends" is an insult in Paypal's business world? Julien
