MAIL.COM is blacklisting my server

Post subject:  MAIL.COM is blacklisting my server
Hello!

For some reason this ISP decided to blacklist my IP 48h ago.

This includes emails trying to get delivered to:
  • mail.com
  • gmx.ch
  • gmx.de
  • web.de
  • engineer.com
  • caramail.com

All I can get is:
Code: Select all
Action: failedDiagnostic-Code: smtp; 554-mail.com (mxgmxus007) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available 554-No SMTP service 554-IP address is black listed.  


I tried to contact the ISP by email on their website but didn't get any response yet.

Luckily there is a human on the other end!

So. Much. Fun having to explain again their rejection tests are wrong.
