Yes, it is amazing that the collection keeps growing and that so many discs were released for such a small market. Now imagine how many VHS tapes there must have been in total all over the world from the 70s/80s up until 2005/2006. Millions probably.

Mostly demos/samplers and karaoke releases these days.
It gets harder to find a mainstream release that has escaped LDDb'ers today!

But one surfaced, initially the Digital Audio version was supposed cancelled:

Amy Grant: In Concert - Age to Age Tour (1984) [LV38400] (Analog-CX)
Amy Grant: In Concert - Age to Age Tour (1984) [LV38400] (Digital + Analog-CX)

A very Happy New Year to you Julien  .

Adding to the database on the 1st day of the year, thanks.

Great to see that people take the time to update as it helps so much.

It does not take long to do & quite easy (if I can do it anyone can!!!) so if anyone has any LDs not listed please take a few minutes to add them.

Cheers

I probably have 15-20 movies that are not on the database I didn’t add because of reference numbers being non existent or inability to translate titles or some combo thereof. I started uploading my collection here got to around 500 then one day I was at work to find my wife has made an organized categorical list of where every movie was in my laserdisc cabinets (roughly 1800 titles) but took them out to do so leaving no way for me to backtrack where I left off. I sort of gave up, the sorted system was easy enough for me to know what I had or grab something to watch. I may go back to it one day so if I pull out a title to watch and it’s not on here then that’ll be when I add it.

I did recently upload about 8 or 9 Ford training laserdiscs which have not been validated. My friend had already uploaded a ton of these he got in an eBay lot, the only worthwhile titles from these were “a case for selling” which had an interesting training bit presented as a detective movie with sexist undertones and a good motivational speaker presentation one by Joe McGuire called “the sell technique”. The rest of the other stuff is just video adaptations of what you’d find in a Chiltons manual.

I have maybe 10 educational titles that are not uploaded, I gave my friend the duplicates and may he have put one or two up.

I know he also has a few from a large lot he bought at a flea market that closed and several titles are not on here that he has as well. So there will be more stuff added eventually.

I still need to add one but at the moment I don't have it with me since in my storage unit. Though I probably should have added that before I moved:oops:
