News just came in on FB that disclord (Ty) has unfortunately passed away. He died on Sunday morning from an unknown cause. Ty and I grew to be close friends over the past year. I am going to miss him terribly. RIP

He had some health problems, but we're not sure at this time if they played any part in his passing. I'm going to miss the hell out of him. I just sent him a " last e-mail" and I'm not sure if that made me feel better or worse.

Didn't know him personally, but I've read many of his posts and got a good impression of him. He seemed like a really nice fellow. A great loss for sure. Rest in peace.

That's shocking news. I'm very sorry to hear that. I always admired him for his knowledge and expertise and that he shared it with us. A BIG BIG THANK YOU Disclord Requiem aeternam dona ei, Domine. Et lux perpetua luceat ei. Requiescat in pace

I'd be interested in working with the materials too, but I'm probably not the best person to actually write it - it'd probably be a bit stilted But I could definitely be useful on any technical stuff that needs fleshing out. Hopefully his family can either enjoy his collection (including an X0!) and/or sell it - and that he was able to move it all out with him to New Mexico.
