flecha wrote: Hi kris, thank you for your comment. It is still easy to buy spanish laser disc, there are still some online stores and second hand shops,on ebay you can still find something too. Trilogies are already more difficult and expensive to get(back to the future,Die hard, the godfather, star wars, alien, etc)
Regards and thank again. Did The Godfather get a spanish release....? When? what? where? Boxset? How much?

substance wrote: I will try them on a mitsu deck for sure. Since I have the masters now, I can duplicate them through firewire without any loss. I will make you copies but give me a few months.
Mitsu decks don't have hd component output hah. You record in HD and watch in SD. The only way to get HD is through firewire which no TV has. What type of player did the original owner use to watch these? It would be to not see them in 1080i resolution...

Here! http://www.lddb.com/search.php?adv_search=Padrino&adv_reference=&country=10Julien made my homework meanwhile thanks anyway What I meant to ask... I've sent some pics of covers some time ago but they turned out to be in the wrong format... Since I'm not that patient with computers would sending you a decent photo in any format help out? this way you could do the "shrinking" or whatever it's called I'd like to help out adding covers

substance wrote: The owner bought them from the original owner long ago. We lost trace of the original owner. I messaged the guy what he used himself but so far no reply, let's give him another day or two. Only option we have is to try a mitsu vcr. If a clean one shows up, I will buy it. I can redub them onto proper dvhs blank tapes from a mitsu vcr to Jvc via firewire. Mitsu dvhs vcr has no hd video output, the only interface is firewire which makes it useless. keep me posted. It would be fun owning a unofficial D-theater release

Got a bunch of discs today! The most exciting title for me was Junk Mail since it is a Norwegian movie with the original soundtrack. All other movies seem to be dubbed. According to the database there is one more in Norwegian, but Hong Kong only release. Probably impossible to get my hands on... Already submitted updates for titles missing any form for information. Going to snap some cover pictures tomorrow. These are the titles I got:
