The proper remote control for the Panasonic TU-AHD100 (including TU-AHD100N) MUSE decoder ― video processor ― Dolby Surround processor ― TV/CATV/BS tuner is the TNQ10454. I've never encountered one. I do, however, have a TNQ10456, a remote for a similar model, which operates some of the functions. To be specific, there are three buttons on the third row from the top, labeled フル (full), ノーマル (normal), ズーム (zoom), which will serve to switch the aspect ratio when an NTSC video signal is being upscaled. "Full" would be the setting for 16:9 content (the incoming video signal fills the frame) ; "Normal" pillarboxes 4:3 into 16:9 ; and "Zoom" would be the setting for letterboxed content (a 16:9 center cut of the incoming video fills the frame).

Hello all! I recently got my first LD player, Pioneer CLD-2950 NTSC/PAL combo. However, it has no remote control... What would you recommend as a better option - to try and setup a universal remote control to work with the LD player, or to get a remote from another Pioneer device, which would also be compatible with the CLD-2950? I browsed through local (I'm based in Bulgaria) websites, and managed to find some remotes up for sale, but have no clue if any of them would work on the LD player. Should I be looking for a audio device remote, or a DVD device remote? I read somewhere on the forum that "most Pioneer remotes work for all players", but have no clue what to look for. Any help will be appreciated

If you can find a cheap one, just post its model here; someone will surely chime in to help you. Thank you for the prompt reply, laserdisc.ws!!! By "Pioneer players", you mean LD, CD, receiver, etc.? Or you mean that you have a few Pioneer LD players? The remote controls I managed to find are these: Quote: VXX 270Z CU-SX062 CU-XR009 XXD3181 CU-SD025 CU-XR015 VXX 3218

As for the Pioneer it would have to be an LaserDisc player remote that works with any players..

I was under the impression that ANY Pioneer remote would work with ANY Pioneer device (duh) Now I just need to find (locally) a Pioneer LD remote Do you think a Pioneer CD remote would at least control a CD, played on the LD player?! Thank you!
