HI guys looking for any disc that has uk PAL closed captions. americans had cc japan had ld-g. but ive looked and don't see any discs with hard of hearing options like a closed captions or the 888 teletext page for the uk. I know of the bbc disc garden birds but that's cfax pages rather than a text based caption service. do the discs exsist if so what cat numbers titles are there I want to do a youtube video on Analogue closed captions but real need discs to use.

hope that made sense

To my knowledge, the "Closed Captions" standard was only adopted in NTSC. They are available in the US and Japan (but I've never seen Japanese captions). There are a few TeleText discs issued in UK, it looks like less than 100.

What would I need to decode that in the US? (My TV can display PAL format video.)
