If it is a Pio then you need to look possibly at the caps, but in all honesty I would just hold onto it as parts are non existent OR sell it as a paperweight and let someone else fix it.
Kurtis is pretty much the only one still on here that may or could fix, grasshopper is around but not here on the forum anymore.

Panasonic was busy trying to promote 3DO in the same time period and didn’t achieve any positive results in the marketplace much like LaserActive.
