Hi all,
I was wondering if someone can clear something up for me.
I was reading a post from a few years back. It stated that the built in c-nr and y-nr couldnt be switched off. Apparently, no notches on the scale means it operates in 2d mode. At the halfway setting it works as a 2d/3d nr and at the max setting it works as a fully 3d nr. Is this true? If so, what would be best? I've always turned it all the way down thinking it was off.
Ive read Kurtis mention several times that the X9 was built with dnr in mind, opposed to say the 97 which was built as a low noise desgin from scratch. If the built in dnr cannot be turned off then maybe thats what he meant?
Ive got the manual for the X9 but its in japanese.
