Just looking through my collection and trying to get it matched up with the site, and I see that that US release of contact was listed as cancelled?

Contact (1997) [15731]

I tried making an update to it yesterday, but the pending update thing disappeared- I can confirm with my copy of the film that it was in fact not canceled, and is actually a very good release of this underrated film.

Forgive me Julian if I'm being impatient!

The DTS release you refer to was cancelled, you have Contact: Special Edition (1997) [15041] which is the Dolby Digital release

Well I feel dumb now, I suppose I should have looked a little further down the list, Contact UFO in between the two threw me off.

Where exactly does the sleeve of the film call it a special edition? I have a copy still sealed, and I don't see it on the packaging- iminus the English, it's pretty close to the French release in terms of packaging.
