So I made a very wise financial move and invested time. Money. Sanity. ...in these: (seller photos) However I fear my investment is incomplete! It was quite a coup actually. I missed the original auction deadline and was able to contact the seller and ask them to relist it in the hopes I would win. They relisted it. I was the only person on the planet stupid enough to bid and now they are ALL MINE. Except...something is missing. LDDB states that there are FOUR volumes to the NKOTB Visual Box series of discs. Yet I can find absolutely nothing on volume 4. Not even on Discogs or anything like that. Does it actually exist? Was it cancelled? New Kids on the Block: Visual Box vol.4 [SRLM 829]Please someone help.

A quick aside. In the USA there was a Newkidzondamuthafookinblock VHS Super Box. It comprised 3 VHS cassettes and 2 audio CD's. https://www.discogs.com/New-Kids-On-The ... se/6011938However, if that is a Super Box, it's missing a lot of stuff. The 3 volumes on Laserdisc are more complete, even with the fabled John Harrison H6 'lesser' Volume 4 Laserdisc still missing! The plot thickens!

I'm now wondering if there are 5 volumes as there was only 15 episodes made. 9 of them are on these discs. 12 if volume 4 exists. Maybe volume 5 was cancelled? Also the episodes don't run in order across the discs. It's a bit more like a best collection than a full box set, unless volume 5 exists. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Kid ... (TV_series)

I come armed with some interesting NEWKIDZONDAMUTHAFOOKINBLOCK news! Here's a snap I took from the insert sheet of Visual Box Volume 3. Some other NKOTMFB titles are featured in a small catalogue section. Now look at the serial numbers. See anything interesting? Yes that's right, NEWKIDZONDAMUTHAFOOKINBLOCK cartoons were released on Laserdisc, VHS and Betamax. But Visual Box Volume 2 was also released on 8mm!!!! Good luck finding that! It's the only one released on 8mm too. I doubt any copies exist but it's on my watch list. Here's a photo I took to prove it (also Julien, I am in the middle of updating all the NKOTMFB titles and didn't add the Betamax and VHS numbers to the title notes, I'll do the 8mm one when I update Volume 2). The quest for Volume 4 continues, and also the confirmation of if Volume 5 was ever made to finish off the collection. EDIT: Closest thing I've found is a very rare Hi8 release of some of their music (the same title is on LD, it's on the LD Volume 1 catalogue page). Not the cartoons alas. It could be that the cartoon is also on Hi8 but may be in time to have a Super 8 release? Looking at this Hi8 image my thoughts turn to the cartoons also being on Hi8.
